WHERE IS ON THE BOULEVARD LOCATED?
On The Boulevard is located at 1150 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 — right on Las Vegas Boulevard, just south of the famous Arts District and a short walk from some of the city’s best-known entertainment. It’s one of the most central extended-stay addresses in Las Vegas.

WHAT TYPE OF COMMUNITY IS ON THE BOULEVARD?
On The Boulevard is a hotel-style extended-stay community — meaning you get the flexibility of a hotel (no lease, no long-term commitment) combined with the space and comfort of a real home. Suites are furnished and utilities are included. It’s a solid option for anyone who needs a place to land in Las Vegas without locking into a traditional lease.

DO I NEED A LEASE OR CREDIT CHECK TO STAY AT ON THE BOULEVARD?
No leases and flexible terms are the foundation of extended-stay living at OTB. Whether you’re staying a few weeks or settling in for a longer stretch, you won’t be locked into a long-term rental agreement. Contact the leasing office or call (702) 331-3590 to discuss available options.

WHAT ARE THE WEEKLY AND EXTENDED-STAY RATES AT ON THE BOULEVARD?
Rates aren’t posted publicly since they can vary by suite type and stay length. Reach out directly at (702) 331-3590, email OTBManager@amgnevada.com, or check otb.vegas for the most current information. The team can walk you through all available options and help you find the right fit.

WHAT AMENITIES DOES ON THE BOULEVARD OFFER?
The community has social spaces, laundry facilities, and on-site maintenance. Suites are furnished and all utilities are included, so you’re not dealing with a stack of separate bills. The location itself is a major perk — being on Las Vegas Boulevard puts you within minutes of a tremendous amount of food, entertainment, and transit options.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT ON THE BOULEVARD?
Pets are allowed with a non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent. For the specifics — breed restrictions, weight limits, and fees — contact the leasing office directly at (702) 331-3590 or email OTBManager@amgnevada.com. They’ll give you the current details.
